Vostok New Ventures Ltd’s Nomination Committee
The Nomination Committee for the 2017 AGM has been appointed in accordance with the principles resolved by the 2016 AGM. The members of the Nomination Committee are:
Jonathan Green, appointed by Luxor Capital;
Jake Hennemuth, appointed by Ruane Cunniff & Goldfarb;
Håkan Berg, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder; and
Lars O Grönstedt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vostok New Ventures.
Фонд Vostok New Ventures инвестировал 40 млн евро в BlaBlaCar
Венчурный фонд Vostok New Ventures объявил о заключении договора на приобретение вторичных акций компании Comuto AS (оператора карпулингового сервиса BlaBlaCar) за 40 млн евро. Ранее, в сентябре 2015 года, фонд уже выделял 30 млн евро инвестиций в этот сервис.
Заключительное подписание документов состоится 5 августа 2016 года на общем собрании акционеров. Учитывая предыдущее вложение, доля инвестиционной компании в BlaBlaCar увеличится до 14,4%, сказал управляющий партнёр Vostok New Ventures Пер Брилиот (Per Brilioth).

Vostok New Ventures Ltd’s («Vostok New Ventures») largest holding, Avito AB, has today released its trading statement with non-audited figures for the fourth quarter 2016.
Avito owns and operates Russia’s largest online classifieds website, Avito.ru. During 2016 all substantial revenues were generated from the Avito.ru website.
